I believe in exercise as a lifelong prescription for health. I use training as a way to help clients recover from injuries, to improve athletic performance, or to build and sculpt the body for competition or appearance. My objective is to introduce clients to a fitness lifestyle they'll continue long after our last session together. 

Achieving that goal includes never forgetting that exercise should be fun and add quality to your life.
